I got my July ImagineFX at the Barnes and Noble this past Saturday. I'm in Utah, so I expect it should be everywhere in the states soon. It's a fantastic issue, and everyone should pick it up.
Kim and ThinkBaker, as James relates, some booksellers have already got their copies in, but for those that haven't yet, the publisher told me that every store that carries IFX here in the States should have their copies in by mid to late July.
WoW! This is the first time I enter your blog, I´ll add it to my fav. blog list right now! Your work is fantastic, I specially like this one, greets!! ;)

This is really cool! Can't wait to see the final one. I love the tight composition and cartoony approach to the characters.
One thing though... I sort of like the two-dimensional background with the chimney, but when you make the ladder in perspective, maybe you should consider applying the perspective to the factories and tubes as well? Otherwise you could remove perspective from the ladder. I think it is most important on the closest tube. Anyway - very inspiring and awesome as usual.
Man, I love this one.
ReplyDeleteOMG.... O_O
ReplyDeleteJustin, Do you know when FX Imagine reaches US Barnes and Noble? Tried to find it last week but they only had June's issue.
ReplyDeleteSame for me KIM!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've searched EVERY B&N, BAM, and Borders!
literally about 6 different stores and still nothing but last months!?
What gives! ARGH! I need me some Justin Gerard / Jon Foster goodness. LOL
